Class Rooms

The institute has aesthetically designed Air-Conditioned class rooms creating suitable ambience for personal studies. The lecture halls are well equipped with comfortable seating, public address system, OHP’s slides projector, LCD etc.

Library

The Institute has awell equipped library with latest and best available books and periodicals. It is well stocked with wide range of books, journal and magazines. A good collection of video cassettes Cd’s and slides form an integral part of the library. The Institute subscribe various national and international journals, magazines for references and research related materials. Upgradationof the library is a regular feature. At present we have more than eleven thousand books in about fifteen hundred titles.

Internet Lab

We have wi-fi-facilitating uninterrupted connectivity at the constant speed of 2 mbps. Students and staff members use the facility for sending and receiving e-mail, searching the web and for latest development uplodi9ng and downloading of web-based applications.

In addition, the internet unable our students and faculty members to keep in touch with the latesttrends in academia and the corporate world. Our placement cell used it for networking with potential employers and guest lecturers for our students.

Further, our students acquire presentation skills though the constant use of computers. This ensures that they prepare their projects well and get due recognition as professionals.

Hostels

Well furnished hostels accommodation is available separately for boys and girls with a modern well equipped mess. The boys’ hostel is located in the campus whereas the girls’ hostel is in a fully secure residential area about 3 km from the campus. Buses regularly ply between the college campus and the girls’ hostel.

Transport Facility

A regular bus service is provided to commute the local day scholars and the staff members to the Institute and back to Rudrapur city.

Summer Training

All the students are provided opportunities for summer training in reputed organization in conformity with the requirements of the syllabi. Our BBA, MBA and MCA students undergo six week summer training various industries.

Training & Placement (T&P) Cell

The T & P activities have been started well and advance with the target of 100% placement through campus interview itself. A senior officer with a wide industrial experience has been entrusted with the responsibility of this cell. Regular industrial visits are conducted. Training to the pre-final year students for appearing in written tests, group discussion and interviews is also imparted. The cell is also responsible for arranging the summer industrial for the students.

Industry Academia Exchange Programme (IAEP)

Reputed industries in the neighboring SIDCUL, Pantnagar and Sitarganj are the being approached for IAEP. The response from the industry has been overwhelming in this regard. MOU for bilateral interests are being worked out. Besides, industrial visit and summer training for the students, short term consultancy projects, seminars,workshops are the salient features of such MOU. This will be ultimately lead to grooming of students as industry ready technocrats and managers.
